yep...program at the computer. Drop the NC files into the ncprohd folder then open that folder at the machines to get the programs.

Could you maybe take s screen shot of the settings and send them to me so I can compare? Maybe I am just missing something stupid.

As I said earlier ..
the windoze nw settings are likely the major culprits.
And no, you cannot change them, and no, you cannot see them, since they are in the registry etc.
If you are sending files from a pc using the new encrypted credentials, the receiving end will not understand them- as it expects the same nw credentials used since 20+ years ago +/-.
You can test if you have an old pc with win 95 or similar, or win 7 but no updates.
Current forced updates make everyone dependent on multiple things and also somewhat change the nw credentialing.
A linux pc would also allow testing with good logs.
A sniffer with ettercap or similar would show you what is going on.

If you poke the pc registry to force old style network credentials, it will likely work.
It will be insecure.
The old style nw is insecure.
The new style nw is insecure.

I testes it with an XP machine with same results, so it seems this is not the issue your are describing. I have already performed the registry settings according to the Microsoft instructions, which did enable me to at least "view" the machine. But even with an XP computer, I am getting access denied when trying to write into the ncprohd folder.
I dont know what else I am missing.
