Hi i have Rivelica OutLock 450 its the scoll chuck style it works great and you can fine adjust it to get jaws to clamp in the spot you want., No more that 100 psi chuck pressure and i think no more 800 rpm

I have two different sizes of (i think mine are Royal brand) scroll type boring rings- adjusting them is pretty easy, but you will destroy them if the pressure does not get turned down. Biggest pita is they are kinda thick, so you need to use a longer than normal boring bar. If you don't use them all the time they are kninda $$$. Alternative is a thin ring- stick it all the way back in the chuck against the body, clamp the chuck, bore up to the plate, remove the plate, clamp the chuck and go back in and remove the bump where the plate was sitting with a little undercut- lots cheaper, but ya gotta make the plate. Pretty much what SD explained back in post #11.
