I read that Gallo wines, worlds largest wine maker, has a well paid, full time young lady to play on social media. her job is post on face book etc to keep gallo's name in the news and relevant to young possible customers.
She is not IT running the web pages or any thing technical like that. She is not really connected to sales or advertising departments.

Worth recalling the Calgon coolant story. Yes the "Calgon take me away" bath soap company. Story was in the '90's they tried their hand at the machine coolant business. They employed a very attractive well proportioned sales gal, dressed for success. For awhile they sold a lot of coolant. It was lousy coolant.

Got s better one than that ....young Dave is sitting in the tractor yard office when a young lady sales person comes in selling some kind of bulk detergent........young Dave orders 6x 50 gal drums,and disappears for several days....reputed down the Hi Way Motel with a young lady.............unfortunately ,his old man intercepts the payment ,and cancells the order..........young lady at Daves office screaming abuse at him.
