Hello Team,
I currently live in the Philadelphia Area. I am looking to build a prototype machine a research project and has financial funding to do so.
I only need 300-500 SQ Ft of space, plus running water, and electricity. However, it has been challenging to get a place like this in the greater philadelphia. Because all the places I called, they asked for very long term lease. I only need the space for 1 year or less.
Is there anyone in the area who can help me with this? Or point me to the right direction?
