Mill a bunch of them pattern-wise into a single plate that's say 1/8" thicker than the finished part. Mill down a little deeper (say .020) than the finished part thickness. Then take it out of the vise, fill what you just milled out with woods metal, re-vise it upside down and facemill the backside off the plate. Put the whole thing in a pot of boiling water to melt out the wood's metal and you're done. You should be able to make 100 at a time this way.
