Editing Turning Toolpath in Fusion 360

I am trying perform a back cut with a lefthanded roughing tool. The roughing toolpath looks fine but when I try to make the finishing pass on the rest of the remaining stock, the tool keeps trying to go all the way to the end of the part before removing the material I want it to. I have made my stock exactly the length of the model and turned on rest machining for this operation. Is there a way I can limit the tool paths travel by setting up an imaginary boundary in Z that the tool cannot pass? Such a function would be useful as I have run into this before.

To me, it looks like it won't do the undercut (your red X) because your tool as shown is 55 deg. A 35 deg. tool would do it.
The red X's are the paths I wish to remove. I think I just fixed it by changing back mode to a selected plane on the model. I was looking for this function all week.
