Does anybody have experience with milling epoxy Renshape 5060.
What's the approach to this material, how fast I can go?
Thanks in advance.

From my experience it machines beautifully and you can go as fast as acceptable scallop height will allow. My machine had limited rpm (3500) so I can't say how it would work with a high speed spindle.

I’ve used a bunch of different ones. Some single flute, some 2 flute down cut, and the ball. I mainly use balls from 1/8-1/2. Onsrud is usually short though. Vortex makes them longer if needed and can resharpen the Onsrud balls.

Think about dust collection and coolant/oil contamination if you have to keep the material clean. Some spindles spit a bit of oil out in normal use and that could be an issue in bonding cut shapes.
