Machine Shop Tours: Northeast Wisconsin Technical College

April 8, 2021 2:04 pm

In this special episode of Machine Shop Tours, we visited the Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.

Founded in 1912, the Northeast Wisconsin Technical College (NWTC) is a public technical college providing education, training, and life-long learning opportunities for all individuals and businesses leading to the development of a skilled and culturally inclusive workforce.

During our tour of their CNC machining lab, Chase Clover and Matt Schmelzer walked us through the different areas of the lab, showcased multiple machine tools, from the manual mills all the way through the multitasking machines, and gave us an overview of their 2-year machining program.
