Take a look inside Dickinson Manufacturing, where Steve Courchane, or CNC SAMURAI as many know him, works.

Located in Madison, Wisconsin Dickinson Manufacturing is a prototype shop, they also do some reverse engineering and primarily support low quantity runs. Quick turn around has been key to their success. Because of supply chain issues, this has been able to put them above the competition.

Believe it or not, Steven started working at Dickinson Manufacturing with NO RELATED EXPERIENCE. Steve taught himself the programming at home and in just about 2 years was able to independently program parts and complete setups. Not to forget with the mentorship of the shop owner, Keith. It goes to show what can be accomplished when you invest in your people.
