some of my questions are:
1-which type and size of tungsten is better? green, red, yellow, grey? etc.. and 1mm, 1.6, 2.4 etc.. ?
2- in video on youtube "the inside of atomic hydrogen arc welding" Time 0:5':52" it show a chart necessary for welding parametrs, do you have access to this chart?

3- what is maximum thickness can be welded with the 20 AMP ? i.e. I want to know current range that my welder must to have,
if all the time welding voltage is 300 volt, thus with regular 5.5 Kwat home 1 phase electricity I will gain max 18-20 apm,
4- is your transformer 3 phase or 1 phase?
5- can you please take some pics of it?
Tony,
You really do great work!
I have been proof reading some articles written by others, and a couple I have written, and, I hate to say it, but the last paragraph in your latest Hendey article, you wrote "come" head instead of cone.
I have probably made more errors in just this note to you, but you might want to correct that for the sake of clarity!

Thansk!

Good evening
I am just going through some old posts and saw yours about a Myford grinder from 2010. If you still have this machine, I have an information brochure and price lists for the machine. Yours for the cost of postage.

The L-00 mount is built into the chuck. Not removable. if you have a email address, send and I'll get some pictures taken of the chuck and send. BTY- I'm a pretty good ways from Columbus from my place down here in Victoria. But you never know, may drive up anyways. my email address is [email protected]. Ken

Don, that query is not meaningless. I need the answer in order to source these things. Just because you have no idea what they are does not mean others do not as well.

I think I may have told you to stop being an ass. Didnt mean to send to you. You are just an observer here.
Agie elox mondo 20 with futura 4 is Showing { [E39] the Y dmd-07 has detected a problem in the switching transistors (stato=B7H)} wont use fast movement in y axis. Will use slow movement in y-axis but then shows error 39 when you try to run the opposite direction. Have changed motor, encoder, and board same result.

So, if you are sure motor and encoder are good as well as DMD07 board then, it could
be the brake on the axis is not fully disengaging. The brake is not necessary on the Y axis.
It is on the Z. You can remove to test. Also, I have seen the pulley on the motor and the pulley
on the transition gearing of the motor assembly become loose. These pulleys are only glued
to shafts.

So I narrowed it down to the encoder and have ordered a new one with the same part number (LDA-196-1000) but it come in with a shielded 5 wire instead of a shielded 8 wire harness. ??? It is lacking Anot, Bnot, and Znot.

not sure where you ordered this from but it should have 8 wires, it does have a,b, and znot
