WTB- Cushman 6" inside jaws.

Good luck. I never found anything. Hopefully someone will find a set. I ended up trading the chuck to someone else for a lower profile chuck with inside jaws.

These have 4 teeth per inch. Length is 2.640", height is 1.883", overall thickness is .723", thickness inside slots is .407", slot width is .309", slot bottom to teeth bottom is .324. Measured with a Mitutoyo digital caliper, so there may be a small error.

I checked the jaw thickness with a mike and got .723" and the key width with pin gages and a mike and got .3071". I suggest you try to measure the key in the chuck body and see if it will go in a .307" slot.

.725" width of jaw.. Slot is .312" wide x .161" deep, .324from bottom.
Threads are 4 teeth and 1 space in 1". The slot between the grooves measures .403. Need any other dimensions just let Me know.

See my measurements in my previous post. The keyway width looks tight, so check your chuck body key dimension.
