ELB 12x24 hydraulic with automatic accoutrements and what-have-you's. Power overwheel dresser, electromag chuck. Good old plain ways. I think I pulled the table and peaked at the ways when I got it and they looked good. Not under power. "Ran when parked". Been inside my shop for years, not a wreck, but I'm sure it needs some TLC.

Weighs about 2 tons.

$500 loaded on your transportation.

Yes it is 3 phase 220/380 the tag says.

Yes, I will load it in the bed of your Toyota Tacoma if you really want me to. But I will load you in the road so you don't block my driveway. It troubles me this is a common question.

Going to set this out of my way outside soon where it will await the next big scrap run when the ground hardens up again next year. I don't think you'll want it all rusty. Act before that window closes.

Bad pictures to come shortly when I can resize them to fit here.

Thanks!

There is a telescoping cover for the vertical leadscrew that is removed to get it under a low door. That cover is on the table.

That opening in the back looks like it should have a cover. I do not have it.

And I just noticed a couple of my 1/2" lifting eyes are in the table t-slot. Proof I was right about vaguely recalling lifting the table. The lifting eyes will have to stay here. I need those.

With everything working that is a very nice grinder

I suspect a person would spend some time polishing it up and replacing seals and such, but it doesn't look too bad all in all. I'd think of it like this- If someone is looking for a good grinder and more inclined to go the sweat equity route VS spend a lot of cash up front, this ELB would be a super starting point instead of investing same effort and time into a lesser machine.

I also wouldn't be surprised if you just wired it up and it worked fine. If someone wants to wire it all up and top up the fluids to try before buying they are welcome to do that work here. I will happily point you to the tools. But I have other things to do.

Dang, I just don't have time for a 3400 mile road trip. Unless you have a scale ticket to prove otherwise, I'd make sure I was able to handle 3 tons.

The very mature buyer has backed out of his commitment last minute.
Now the grinder is very much in my way so if anyone wants it, speak now before it's scrap.

Pulling magnet shortly then setting it in the scrap pile. What a shame.

Note- If you say your going to buy something like this, you give your word and set a date you have set things in motion that have effects beyond just what happens on your end. Think about that next time.

I could care less about the $500, but a lot of work was wasted and a nice grinder is going to scrap that could have sat around inside a little longer and maybe found a home.
