RFQ - welding a titanium stud to a titanium plate

I need to have a couple of these welded up in titanium and a couple more in stainless steel. The plates will have 0.175"x0.020" holes to help align the studs. The studs need to be perpendicular to the plate +/- 1° or so and need to have good structural integrity.

I can provide the parts. Need these done and in my hands by the end of Aug 19. I'd prefer someone in the west suburban Chicago area so I can drop off and pick up to save time, but that's not fixed. I'd pay with PayPal friends & Family, CC, or cash (if local).

Feel free to let me know if this is an impossible job.

Not impossible, just make sure its a press fit or it will go all over. super easy to weld and long enough time frame for any good tig welder to do it.
for alignment, a really easy way is in a jig for length and alignment. without some way, any welding will make it warp and move.

Just wanted to followup and thank you again for your advice. I made up a small fixure to hold the stud perpendicular to the plate and found a local welder to do the welding while I waited. She's apparently failry new with her own welding business but was a real treat to work with and obviously cared about her work. She was more than fair on pricing, too.

I milled a small dimple in the center of the plate to accept a slightly turned down diameter on the end of the stud as well as a much shallower, larger cavity in hopes that would facilitate good weld integrity. Seems to have worked well.
