6061 aluminum plate finishes .520 thick. 3 arcs are thru. other pockets are .200 deep. a few thru holes
backside grid is .125w x .1deep. pretty much +/-.005. the .2 deep pockets need to keep pretty tight +/-.002 but depth can be +/-.005
thru holes same. would make it but all my machines do not have the y travel needed. if its in your wheelhouse send me a pm
