We are acquiring a mfg company that has a small, but very nice machine/tool shop with a 5 axis cnc machining center and a 4 axis cnc machining center and full manual equipment (lathe,drill press,etc).
The previous owner used it for his own tooling and we anticipate only needing it 8% of the time. It is an air conditioned environment that we could triple the available space if necessary.
There is NO existing business other than customer tooling, but we are interested in someone that wants to own or operate a tool/mold/machine shop and use our space/equipment and resources.
