I have a toolroom milling machine Mikron WF3SA which needs a new drive for the BBC disk motor
I contacted Unitek for a offer as I am a customer for ther replacement drives for Deckel milling machines
They urgently told me to test the motor
How do you do that ???
We can clean the motor See if the brushes are oke And megger the windings
I am aware it is not recommended to take these motors apart
Are there any other tests we can do ourself or do you need specific equipment
We can connect it to the 24 volts batterypack of our pallettruck and measure amps perhaps??
