How Formerly Incarcerated are Building the Workforce | Breaking The Cycle

Rise Up Industries assists previously incarcerated, formerly gang involved individuals to successfully reenter society with social enterprise programs like their fully functioning job shop machine shop. Believe it or not, 100% of Rise Up Industries members have been hired upon graduation.

Manufacturers are hiring Rise Up graduates for not only for their technical skills, but for qualities that are hard to find in your average employee, like passion, loyalty and employee retention.
