That lathe is not a Waltham Machine works lathe, but it's close.
The original W20 has a 20 x 1.6667 mm pitch thread...the Schaublin W20 is 19,7 mm diameter.
The tailstock is different ...but close
The large pulley is not near the front of the headstock...but opposite.
Waltham was proud of putting it forward and stated so in their catalog
