Metal Scraping Tuition UK

Evening All,

I have finally been drawn back into machinery rebuilds for my hobby and would like to spend some time with an experienced pair of hands to guide me.

I have basic knowledge and have scraped in a few little parts of my own but would like to learn correct technique, mapping and scraping for alignment etc.

Are there any classes planned for 2023 in UK or is there somebody willing to give me their time in exchange for money or services to help show me the ropes please?

Peter and Demon 79 (I think is his handle) can help you. Peter has attended 2 of my scraping classes a few years ago, one in the UK and one in Norway. Jan could teach classes too. He attended 5 or 6 of my classes. 1 in the USA and 5 in Scandinavia. He has dozens of YouTube shows scraping and rebuilding machines. He has several on UK made Myford Lathe rebuilding.
