That sounds like a good price. The last time I inquired about getting a motor rebuilt I was quoted $700! Fortunately I had been parting out a few Hardinge lathes and had a spare.

I have a HLV-H and the feed motor is noisy and probably needs replacement. Hardinge and Baldor do not have any replacements. Any ideas?
