Series I Variable Speed Unsettling Noise

One of our more frequently used machines, a Bridgeport Series I, has been making some odd knocking sound from the head when going above ~1200 RPM. Has anyone heard something like this? How did you go about fixing it? We lube this machine per the maintenance schedule.

Probably the bushings, but lean on the hi lo shift lever to see if it changes. I think they can get out of sorts and make a clatter like that. Have one in the shop [that I don't use] that does that, have not investigated
