If I understand correctly, you own or have owned a Blaisdell Whitcomb lathe. I'm interested in purchasing a very similar lathe. I'm planning to inspect it on Saturday and would appreciate your perspective on what to look for. I would especially like to understand how the controls work since the owner has offered to let me test the lathe in action.
