How to Program a Needle Valve with Mazatrol [CONVERSATIONAL PROGRAMMING TUTORIAL] - Part 2
Part 2/2. How to do some Mazatrol programming on a lathe. In this video you’ll see the program from Part 1 programmed live on the machine.
The programming for this needle valve will require some threading and chamfering on the piece which will be accomplished through conversational programming on the Mazak lathe.
This needle valve is part of a project from Derrick Hogan’s (North Georgia Technical College) Lathe Operations II class. The class develops the components for an entire bottle jack, one of which is a needle valve that opens to allow fluid back into the cylinder.
