This thread is for members to post which Deckel and similar Euro-style machine(s) they have and which major acc's they own.
This will be useful for other members to learn who here has similar machines, and to get an idea of what is out there.

Items you may want to include:

Brand of machine (Deckel, Alexander, Aciera, etc.)
Series of machine: (FP,F, etc)
Size of machine: (1-2-3-4...etc.)
Style of machine: (lever, two dial, single dial)
Year of machine: (or close guess)
Serial number of machine: (optional)
Measuring standard: (imperial-metric)
Taper: (MT4-ISO40-NMTB40-NC Stud)
Control model for NC's: (Dialog 1-11, Contour...etc.)
Input voltage: (220, 440 or 220-380, 440-380...etc.)
Cabinet style: (no cabinet-ext cabinet)
Color of machine: (grey, green, repaint)
Condition of machine: (beat-fair-good-great-refurbished-new)
Major acc's: (U'table-indexer-HS head-DRO...etc)
Primary use: (hobbiest-molds-prototyping-production...etc.)
City, Country: (Deckelville, Deckelland)
Comments: (What the group might find interesting)

If you like, you could simply cut/paste my list and fill in the blanks. A single (smaller) photo (per machine) would be nice but is optional.

Please refrain from open discussion in this thread.

Thanks
Sean

Okay, Okay....here's my story;

FP1
lever type, no electrical cabinet so probably 1960ish
Got a articulated table, shaper head, indexer and a broken/repaired verticle head, horiz. overarm and Deckel vise. all MT4 but I made an adaptor for r-8 and I got a Wally for it.
It's not pretty, but does remarkable work here in Dallas were I make stuff for science with it. I think it's the only one in town and maybe Texas.

I might add that this machine is probably the oldest FP1 still doing precision work, It is one of those machines imported by Alexander before WW2 and carries both Deckel and Alexander plates.
