We are getting alarm 1784-03 everytime the turret indexes. It will index and clamp up before alarm comes up. Turret is kind of "shuttering" at clamp up like I have seen when one is way out of alignment but their are no recent crashes on this machine. alarm leads me to "B axis brake On confirmation switch is not ON. then reasons why"malfunction of B axis brake". First off what is the "B axis" . all our schematics refer to the turret as a T axis or M drive for the live tooling? Has anyone seen this before or know what may be causing it?
