I am having some trouble finishing some programming on a small knob. I have a Mazak qt15n with the T-plus controller. I am able to get the initial 1.5” convex radius feature on the face but it goes into what seems to be a 1/32 concave to 1/32 convex into .125 concave back to a couple 1/32 concave and convex radius. I was hoping for some guidance with the face features. Don’t know if I should program the small radius as a face grove? Or continue with the bar out process. Thank you ahead of time.
