We have an Integrex 100-IISY with fusion conrol. I am trying to figure out how to bring the sub up and sync the C axis on the main and sub so I can mill with part clamped in the main and sub spindle. I don't want to just let the sub go along for the ride as the parts are a small diameter to drag the sub spindle around.

I have tried
M200 (main milling mode)
G112M200 (sub milling mode)
M511 (sync ) this turns off mill mode and changes to turn mode.

Also M514 does not work.

I am programming EIA not Mazatrol.

I have seen that Matrix has a parameter to change for this but not sure about Fustion 640MT

Thanks for any help

Are you sure your machine can even do it?

Try locking in C-axis on both heads on the position page, then see if there is a soft key for c-axis linked mode. The first one we had with the ability to do synched C axis machining is a Matrix 2. It may be available as an option on an older control like that.

Hello, I know this is a old thread. I have exactly the same question and was wondering if you ever figure it out.

I'm on the Matrix control and it does have a "C-axis lined mode" soft button but I can't seem to enable it. The M-codes are not listed for C axis synchronization.

Thank you

As far as I know this is not possible with the fusion control. Atleast I have not got it to work but I haven't tried so hard either, as I always had other ways of solving stability issues (unclamp-clamp sub, let sub freewheel etc.)
