There's three lights on the computer what is solid red and the other two are blinking rapidlywell. you need to understand if you have software emergency stop (coming from NC) or hardware ( coming from PLC or electrical cabinet )
Also, in my opinion, you to clear RAM memory, after do reinitialization, after reload parameters

That's the board ....How do know if corrupted?never seen FX915 in my life, but it looks like it is newer version of FX15 or FX715.
I think, if that particular PCB has no RAM memory to be cleared, than the board is the issue, of EEPROM memory is corrupted
