Daewoo Lynx 200 Bar Feed Alarm

I recently bought a Daewoo Lynx 200 with an SMW Spacesaver 200 bar feeder. I can't get the bar feed alarm to clear. I've tried disconnecting the bar feeder and jumping some of the terminals per the wiring diagram. Does anybody know the correct pin out to be able to bypass the bar feeder?

On mine the procedure is set the machine control to edit then set the barfeeder to auto and push the pusher
forward button, The bar feed rod should move forward and touch the end of the bar and retract, then reset at control to clear alarm, auto at control and away you go, If running the machine without using the barfeeder then it has to be switched to Chucking mode, I have also had the door safety switch (on the barfeed) go bad, that will throw an alarm.

If you still have trouble I could scan the manual and send to you.

OK Thank You. I don't need the bar feed right now. I've tried it in every mode and have not been able to get it clear. I'll check the door switch and see if that's the problem.

It doesn't display any other alarms, just says "bar-feeder alarm." It doesn't give me an alarm number or any other information.

Could be an open switch somewhere on the feeder itself. Have you talked to SMW?

I did, but they weren't helpful. I talked to Doosan and they were able to tell me how to bypass the barfeeder to get the machine running. But I haven't figured out what is wrong with the feeder yet.

Ok, very good.
If the lathe is running that's more than half the battle.
The bar feeder alarm is most likely a stuck switch, or bad prox.
