Tool contact probe issues with marposs

Brand new Doosan DNM 6700, the spindle probe works fine to pick up work coordinates. But the tool setter using the Marposs software it gives me an " No H" error, I have just been manually editing O8201 and setting each tool like that. I tried the GUI button on the controller, it invokes renishaw tool setting cycles, but I get an error about z distance and the tool always stops short of the probe. I'm new to this controller. Has anyone else had problems with the tool setter?? The error is Marposs is 3108 No H. Thanks for any help.

Thank you for your reply, yes it definitely seems to be an issue with Marposs software. I started 2 weeks after this machine was installed. For some reason they are using a Renishaw wireless pickup with a Marposs tool and spindle probe. But the error I get seems to point to an issue with the Macros, I guess I will have to dig around in the programs Marposs calls up.IMG_20220713_231002199.jpg16577682298962854823228664595393.jpg

That wireless receiver is factory installed.
I'd venture a guess that the Renishaw/Bluhm macros (factory installed also) might need a little "tuning" to work correctly with the Marposs equipment.

There are instances when Renishaw did not like having a previous tool offset still active when trying to use the tool setter. This may be the case here. Try cancelling any tool offset with G49 and try setting again.

Excellent idea. That's worked for me in the past.
