i have a daewoo puma 230 (not a Y axis machine). its new to my shop so i'm still figuring it out. the OD tools will index to the correct center height, but it seems like any of the drill holder blocks end up about .020 or more off center height. is there a parameter for this? i was assuming there was not, and i would have to sleeve the holders to make them index properly (to get a known bore location and center height)
not sure if this makes sense to anyone else, just seems to be odd that all OD tools are within a thousandth or two of perfect.
