LeBlond Makino RMC 55 , Fail0001: Emergency Stop.

Hello.

I have one problem with one Makino machine.

Fail0001: Emergency Stop.

- The Estop is not Pressed. ( Important to mention: In the EIO 23, Beat 0 is not activated)
- Axis are not touching sensors. ( Machine is not Over Travell

Any idea in order to fix the machine?

Have you checked the "crash sensor" at the back of the head, right by the spindle motor belt tension adjustment? It's labeled "ESP Z" on mine.

These have a unique feature that allows the head to move up in a crash, tripping that switch and putting the machine in an e-stop state.

Yes I remember a happy afternoon wasted tracking that down. The annoying part is I hadn't crashed the machine so didn't think to check that first.
