What's the best way to use H#'s beyond 21?

I've never used more than 20 tools at once because #1 is my probe and as my collection of holders grows and my skill increase this becomes a limitation. F360 is my CAM, I know it will support different T/H numbers but I'm not sure how best to keep them straight.

Currently I have a handful of Al specific tools, steel specific, then some other general stuff using pots 1-~15. This leave the balance for job specific work. What's the best way to manage these pots?

How do you guys do it? Tool tags? Some layout in CAM? I see there will probably be many methods, the more info the better.

I bought a dry erase board and made a grid on it with a permanent marker marking each spot with a Txx and then using a dry erase to fill in the diameter and Z offset.
You have to be VERY careful to use the exact tools with the exact program.

I fail to understand.
#49 is my probe.
Set tool offset 49 to whatever Z offset you found for the probe and probably Diameter = 0. If you put the probe in pocket #1 then call M6T1 and next H49. I have a list on the board of each tool and its offsets, changed as tools change.
