Angled xy probe cycle error

Having an issue with our 2014 VF2SS today. The probe cycle for finding an angle in the XY plane is alarming out saying it can't find N4, but the cycle worked yesterday.
If I go into cycle 9843 I can type "N" and press down to search and find N1, N2, N3, but it stops there and can't find N4, if I scroll past N4 it will find N5, N6, N7, etc...
I tried retyping N4 and altering, and added a line right above it with a new N4 and that didn't work, I also tried GOTO14 and N14 and that didn't work either.
We just moved and releveled the machine yesterday morning so it was without power for maybe 3 hours, it is also saying it has low battery and needs to be replaced in the next 30 days :willy_nilly:
Any ideas?

I'm not a Haas guy, but that seems like one of those hole-in-the-memory thingys. Like a bad spot it doesn't want to read or access anymore.

In MDI I'd try and delete N4 and maybe the line before and after it, and re-write it. Better yet might be to copy the program off the machine. Delete it off the control. Maybe re-write the N4 line again on the computer, and then copy it all back to the control.

So I wrote a silly program in MDI to test GOTO4 and N4s in case the machine had suddenly become allergic to the number 4 and it worked.
I then tried replacing/deleting/modifying all of the GOTO3/N3 and GOTO4/N4 stuff in the cycle and nothing worked. Ended up copying that cycle from the machine beside it and overwriting it on the file on the problem machine and its now running again.

Just a good 'ol fashioned glitch in the matrix I suppose!

Yeah I had something like that not too long ago. My reason for suggestion what I did. A program wouldn't copy over completely or a line was always screwed up? Something. On my file transfer computer I think I ended up simply copying all the text, creating a new file, and pasting it into the new file. No problems ever since.

Glad you're up and running again.
