Hi folks; Curious if anyone may have know if a White 15/20 Vector unit (late 90s) could be replaced for a bad 30HP Vector drive. Had someone asking. I mean more compatibility as pin for pin if you can swap it. And if the Vref connector runs the same. If so, could you (would it) it spin up the spindle motor if you did some spindle speed ramp ups and took it easy. in short: Could it be a hot spare in an emergency? I know my units 15/20hp VD also has the 8ohm breaking /regen pack. I wonder if they have a different ohm value on the 30/40Hp? Thing that make ya go Hmmmmmm HAPPY HOLIDAYS to the regulars here!
