Would you happen to know if that's a check valve on the pump? It's the lines draining, you could put a check valve in line.
That looks more like a strainer.Would you happen to know if that's a check valve on the pump?
The issue is that it dumps coolant on the tool holder during a tool change. I'd like it to stop completely before changing tools.Would you prefer a longer delay on coolant start? There is usually a check at the pump to keep the lines from draining back, however draining back keeps it from dribbling out. Adding another check as close to the output might help as would considering a different hose routing that limits how much hose is above the output.
Owner believes it might cause tool holders to stick in the spindle.Out of curiosity. Why do you care if the taper gets coolant on it?
It can.. sort of..Owner believes it might cause tool holders to stick in the spindle.
