Hi Mike...i just purchased a 1985 journeyman 325 with delta 20 controls... has a Z axis issue im trying to troubleshoot ... got it down an open condition in the servo motor itself..(i think ).....hoping to have motor out this weekend for a visual inspection.
I saw you updated a couple of tree mills...mine has had spindle rebuilt along with ways scraped and ball screws rebuilt...would make a great candidate for a newer controller. ..
What was the cost of your retrofit and what if anything would you have done differently. .?
