I think I transported it wrong. I know realize I should have spent a little time packing it. I wasn’t aware of the weights and what not. (Like I said this is my first tester) I noticed the front dial is sunken inside and not seated. When you crank it, the entire dial moves up and down. I’m assuming this is not how it should be? I can provide a pic if I’m not explaining it clearly.
