We just purchased and installed our EDM and are having issues with our agievision control console. The console reboots itself randomly and will not boot into OS/2 (and when it does it resets.) We contacted agie and they gave us all of our keys and software however, we can't even reinstall OS/2 without it rebooting.
Does anyone have any idea of what to try?
