New to this forum. Having an issue with a Robofil 310 where the water injection will not start when I start a cutting operation using a simple cta,x command. It is however, possible to start the injection manually but it stops as soon as I try to run a cutting command and proceeds to cut it without the water injection.
Some background: I currently work at a university with 3D printing where we use the EDM to cut our parts of the build plate. We have used only one technology despite what we are cutting and what material. Recently, I had to section of a relatively big part. This took ages, and in the info mode we could see how the speed was constantly varying between 0 and 0.01 or similar. Why I decided to load a different technology-file, LS25A, by using the command rex,e2,h150. After this my problem started. Before loading the new technology I tried to back-up the existing one but when I tried to re-call it I could not find it anymore. However, I did take a picture of the generator parameters before. Also a picture of the now loaded gen parameters.
Does anyone know why the water injection will not start during machining? Everything was working fine till my moment of lets try to optimize. Will appreciate any help or ideas on what to try!
