For a while I've thought of a better staging system for handling Erowa pallet electrodes that is easily moved from our machining cells to our edm cells. The trays that can be purchased work ok for smaller trodes but really loose practicality when dealing with over size shanks.
These tops fit in a 4' x 2' cart with 3 shelves. each shelf can hold 162 2-1/2" sq shanks and accommodate a variety of over size trodes
This was a simple solution. Really affordable and can be moved throughout the shop for machining, inspection and burning.
