filtering air for plasma?

I have a Hypertherm Powermax 1000, have had it for years and made some cool stuff with it. But I have never done any filtering on the air other than the basic air filter it came with. I run it with a vertical 5 horse 2 stage air compressor and just connect it to the plasma cutter via a 25' rubber air hose. I recently got a Motor Guard M-30 air filter. Now I'm wondering if I should precede that with a coalescing filter. I don't see a refrigerated air dryer any time soon.

Suggestions?

There are a number of dealers out there that install a Motorguard on plasma power sources before delivery to the customer, good idea and helps prevent customer problems after the sale.

I have a large Milton desiccant dryer cartridge followed by a Motorguard M-100, both 1/2" NPT on a Hypertherm 65, works great.
When the Silica Gel needs regenerating I put it in the shop toaster oven at 275 Degrees F, for a couple of hours.

I don't know what quantity of beads you are drying, but I have a small dryer that holds about a pint of beads. Put them in a glass bowl in the microwave for 3-4 minutes and they turn nice and blue again from pink.
