I had a CNC fookup that put the #6 bend over 2" off on this sheet. Needed to un bend it. So my brainstorm was to take a strip of HDPE and groove it with multiple saw kerfs to fit over this acute punch. Put the 90 degree bend upside down over the die. Lowered the speed to not only well below crawl, broke the light beam as well so the approach would also crawl. This is as far as I dared to unbend it.
After some careful massage on my CI welding table it is ready for the correct bend. Internal project and back of a 48" wide drawer so no big deal with the look.
